ROWO 2 Cold and Hot Compresses with velcro bandage

For Cold appplication: Leave compresses in icebox or inside refrigeator but not in the freezer

For Hot application: Leave compresses in hot water for 10 ~ 15 minutes or leave compresses in microwave oven for about 15 minutes at defrost setting.

WARNING: The compresses must not be heated up in an microwave in full power as it will cause the gel to burst. Always heat up in the microwave in defrost setting.
